CommonCents™ is testing software based on NCI's air diagnostic, system performance, and home performance testing principles - on steroids! In this special session, ESI Vice President Tim Hanes will walk participants through the new CommonCents™ 2.0 software and review improvements to both functionality and reporting. The new version has numerous graphic-oriented reports designed with the homeowner in mind with complete explanations of the results. The reports also spell out options for various levels of improvements to the home and HVAC system. The latest CommonCents™ release also features more diagnostic tools and contractor reports to help put together the right solution for your customer. Advanced Combustion - Diagnostics - Recertification Class
Prerequisite: NCI CO/Combustion Certification
Take your knowledge of CO and combustion to a new level in this one-day program. Learn advanced troubleshooting techniques for residential and light commercial equipment. NCI CO expert, Jim Davis, will share tips and methods for identifying potential CO problems as well as energy-wasting furnace and boiler installations. This class is for field personnel with NCI certification and mid-level field experience in CO and combustion testing. Qualifies for 2-year NCI recertification.

Residential Air Balancing Certification Class
During this two-day class, you'll build a strong foundation of basic knowledge and skills required to get started in residential air balancing. You'll learn in detail about air balancing tools and instruments and thoroughly explore step-by-step procedures including hands-on practice sessions measuring airflow and static pressure, and preparing a professional balancing report. This course is a pre-requisite to the Light Commercial Air Balancing course.
Performance-Based Service Management
In this course, managers will learn what it takes to become better leaders in their companies and secure a team of high performers. Service Managers will learn the importance of becoming a better business manager and the steps needed to develop consistency and continuity in their people and the services they offer.
Performance-Based Selling Introduction
